This workshop is perfect for those who do not intend to become certified housing counselors via HUD. Attendees will gain skills necessary for effectively guiding clients toward successful homeownership and tenancy. The curriculum includes fair housing, homeownership, housing affordability, budgeting, landlord-tenant relations, and foreclosure prevention.
