
This workshop is targeted towards service providers aiding populations such as the homeless, individuals with mental health or substance use disorders, developmental or intellectual disabilities, HIV/AIDS, and Veterans. Participants working in human services will benefit significantly from the detailed explanations of the case management phases, ethics, Motivational Interviewing, strategies for diverse populations, and managing compassion fatigue. This training is highly beneficial for those working in housing, human services, non-profit, governmental, community-based, or similar organizations aimed at supporting individuals, as it aims to enhance service delivery.
