Life Coaching and therapy aren’t the same. Life Coaching is more forward-focused, whereas therapy primarily focuses on addressing trauma and other issues from the past. Although your past may be explored in coaching, the greater concern is where you are now and how to drive forward. Life Coaching is not clinical care. Therapists can diagnose and treat mental health concerns, including prescribing medication.
